Buffalo Heights Phase I was honored on Thursday, September 24th with the Houston Business Journal’s 2020 Mixed-Use Landmark Award. The 708,271 SF project features an EPA Award-winning Grocer, H-E-B Buffalo Heights, a 232-unit collection of apartment homes, St. Andrie, and Google as its lead office tenant. The project was rigorously designed by Ziegler Cooper Architects. The project was engineered by BGE Inc. and Jordan Skala. The project was executed by General Contractor, Arch-con. The project is developed and managed by Mixed-use, Houston based, developer Midway.
