NY Renewable Energy Firm Selects Buffalo Heights Development for New Houston Office

REV Renewables, a renewable energy and storage solutions company based in New York, leased the third floor of One Buffalo Heights, the office component of the H-E-B-anchored Buffalo Heights mixed-use development. The new office, totaling 11,850 square feet at 3663 Washington, was designed by Bennett Design Group in collaboration with Studio Red Architects. Houston-based Arch-Con Corp. is handling the build-out. Brett Blanchard with CBRE represented the tenant. REV Renewables joins Google Cloud, which opened in 2021 on the top floor. The building was developed by BKR Memorial, a privately held company of the Russell and Glenda Gordy family.”
