Buffalo Heights Mixed-Use Project Tops Out

HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Arch-Con Construction announced it has topped out the seven-story, 742,000-SF Buffalo Heights District mixed-use development at the intersection of Washington Avenue and South Heights Boulevard.

The Buffalo Heights District, owned by the Gordy family and developed by Midway, includes a mixed-use project designed by Ziegler Cooper Architects. A 96,000-SF urban prototype H-E-B will be located on the ground floor. The second floor will have more than 111,000 SF of parking for H-E-B customers.
